The gulf starts at your door.
A 60 sqm design loft between Mergellina and Chiaia. Sea, metro and cafés minutes away on foot. Quiet nights thanks to the high floor.
The loft
A bright retreat on the fourth floor
In the heart of Naples, between Mergellina and Chiaia, on panoramic Corso Vittorio Emanuele — overlooking the gulf.
Sixty square metres designed from the materials up. The parquet is the first thing guests notice: it stays warm in winter thanks to the underfloor heating, so you can go barefoot from October through May. Thermal and acoustic windows, Daikin climate control, fibre Wi-Fi, roomy wardrobes. The style is minimal but never bare: everything is where you need it, nothing is there just to fill space.
The loft is on the fourth floor and there is a lift: just a few steps from the entrance to reach it, then you ride up. We value transparency: the location is central and lively, with the sea, metro, cafés and restaurants a few minutes' walk away. Thanks to the high floor and new windows, the bedroom stays quiet at night.

We love the cosy apartment and felt at home. The bed was very comfortable and the automatic blinds made the flat dark and pleasant for sleeping. We'll definitely be back next year!
— Ana, Hialeah (Florida) · May 2026The apartment matched the photos. Manlio was very friendly and available at all times. It's true you can hear the train, but for us it wasn't a problem. In any case, Manlio leaves you earplugs. We highly recommend it.
— Valentín, Buenos Aires · June 2026The apartment is an excellent base for discovering the city's attractions and for day trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum, the Amalfi Coast and the islands of Capri or Ischia. The apartment itself is tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. You feel at home straight away.
— Wilhelm · April 2026The apartment is in the lovely Mergellina district. There's a café below the building; across the street a bakery and a pastry shop; and a large supermarket 100 metres away. It's just a 5-minute walk from the seafront. Manlio's restaurant tips were spot on: we'd never have found them without him.

What is included and what is optional
Cleaning costs are always itemised in your quote: the final check-out cleaning (€50 per stay) is the only mandatory item. If you choose them in your request, a mid-stay tidy-up with fresh bath towels (€20) and — from the seventh day — a bed linen change (€10) are included in the quote total as separate lines and paid with the balance; they never affect the earnest deposit. No other hidden costs.
30% earnest deposit on confirmation, balance 10 days before arrival. Paid via the button above, by PayPal or card.
