Network and password

You'll find the QR code in the flat and in your welcome message: scan it with your camera and you're online, nothing to type.

I handle it: just tell me the temperature

The flat is climate-controlled by a top-of-the-range DAIKIN system: a heat pump powering underfloor heating, cooling and domestic hot water — even, quiet comfort in summer and winter.

The system is managed remotely and stays on: you don't need to switch it on or off. Just message me the temperature you like — warm or cool — and I'll set it. If something feels off, one message and I'll adjust it in minutes.

The pod machine

1. Water and power Check the tank at the back has water, then switch on with the top button.
2. Wait for the red light When the red light on the lower button goes out, the water is up to temperature.
3. Insert the pod Lift the lever, place the pod with its tab facing outwards, lower the lever until it clicks.
4. Brew and stop Press the lower button and stop it when you have the amount you want.

Set your own code

The safe is yours for the whole stay and you set the code. With the door open, press the red button inside the door, enter the code you want within 30 seconds (3 to 8 digits) and confirm with the function key. To open: code + function key, then turn the knob within five seconds.
